Surabi atau serabi dalam bahasa Indonesia merupakan salah satu makanan tradisional yang digemari masyarakat Indonesia. Kini, topping surabi tidak lagi dimonopoli oleh oncom, variasinya sudah beragam mulai dari sosis, kornet, keju, telor, bahkan berbagai macam fla rasa buah-buahan dan ice cream.

According to wikipedia, surabi (Sundanese) or serabi (Indonesian) is an Indonesian pancake made from rice flour with coconut milk. Surabi Oncom, a surabi that has oncom as the topping, is the original one and very popular here. I usually eat surabi as my breakfast or as a snack with some hot drinks in the afternoon. My favorite is Surabi Endog, a surabi mixed with egg as its topping, as you can see in the picture (foreground).
